A payer-by-payer plan, not a generic checklist
Credentialing timelines depend on the payer, the state, and the provider type. We use your answers to come prepared, so the call is about your enrollments — not credentialing in general.
Your payer list
Which commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid programs are worth joining for your specialty and location — and which to file first.
Medicare & PECOS
Whether you need an 855I, 855B, or reassignment, what is already on file in PECOS, and how to avoid the most common rejections.
Medicaid & managed care
Your state's Medicaid enrollment steps and the managed Medicaid plans that require their own separate credentialing.
CAQH, NPI & taxonomy
Profile completeness, attestation dates, and NPI taxonomy codes — small mismatches that quietly stall applications for weeks.
Stuck applications
If something is already pending or denied, we'll look at where it stands and what it takes to get it moving again.
Timeline and quote
A realistic date range for each payer, what we need from you to hit it, and exactly what MedVersify would cost.
Booked in a minute. Useful in thirty.
Tell us who to call
Your name, number, and a few taps about your practice. It takes about a minute and lets us prepare before we call.
Pick a time that suits you
Choose a day and a 30-minute slot in your own timezone — or ask us to call as soon as possible.
Talk to a credentialing specialist
A real specialist — not a call center — walks through your situation and tells you plainly what they would fix first.
Every week a provider waits on enrollment is revenue you cannot bill
90–120
Days for a typical in-house enrollment
Without a credentialing specialist, payer enrollment commonly takes three to four months — or longer when applications bounce.
$0
Billable while enrollment is pending
No matter how many patients a provider sees, claims to that payer cannot be submitted until enrollment is approved.
45%+
Of practices hit by credentialing denials
Enrollment gaps, expired CAQH data, and missed revalidations cause denials at nearly half of practices.
$150K+
Lost per 90-day delay
A physician generating $600K a year loses roughly $150K for every 90 days they cannot bill.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The call is free, there's no obligation, and you don't sign anything to book it. If we're a good fit, we'll follow up with a proposal; if not, you keep the plan.
How long does credentialing take?
It depends on the payer and the state. Many commercial enrollments take 60–120 days, and some Medicaid programs take longer. On the call, we'll give you an estimate for each payer you need.
What should I have ready for the call?
Nothing is required. If you have them handy, each provider's NPI, CAQH ID, state license, DEA (if applicable), malpractice certificate, and the list of payers you want to join will help us be specific.
Can you help if we already started applications?
Yes. We can pick up applications that are pending, stalled, or denied, follow up with the payers, and fix the CAQH or PECOS issues that are holding them up.
Do you work in my state?
Yes — we handle credentialing and payer enrollment in all 50 states, including state Medicaid programs and managed Medicaid plans.
What if I need to change my call time?
Call us at (507) 312-9282 or email info@medversify.com and we will move it — or simply book again with a new time.
