As a Business Development Representative (Healthcare), you will be responsible for reaching out to healthcare providers across the United States, introducing MedVersify's services, identifying potential opportunities, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers across the United States
- Introduce MedVersify's services in a professional and engaging manner
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with interested providers
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company's CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
- Stay informed about MedVersify's services to effectively communicate value to prospective clients
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking over the phone
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred but not required

This is an on-site role based at our Business Development office: NJ Tower, Office No. 202, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
Do I need prior healthcare industry experience to apply?+
No. Healthcare and medical billing knowledge is built through our onboarding and ongoing training. Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred but not required — what matters most is strong spoken English and phone confidence.
What are the working hours?+
This is a full-time role with a 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT) shift, aligned with U.S. business hours, including a dinner break (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and a tea break (12:00 AM – 12:30 AM).
How much does the role pay?+
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Exact figures are discussed directly with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
